The revolutionary „ Non slip grooves“ locking system* prevents the expanders from sliding once set. In addition to the exceptional clamping properties of the expanders, grooves in the top segment of the pole block the expanders from sliding hereby enhancing security.
The lower segments feature a push button mechanism that is guided by vertical indentations allowing the buttons to fall into place automatically.
The adjustable wrist strap, regulates using only one hand even when wearing thick gloves, provides comfort, security and support. No friction on bare skin with the quick drying Lyrex padding on the inner side of the strap.
The push button mechanism allows for compact stowing of the poles.
The unique basket system permits quick enlargement of the basket surface area. The optional snow basket clicks onto the standard basket when necessary.
The TH72M aluminium by DAC, the worlds leading manufacturer of tent poles, are superbly lightweight and flexible.
Grips are molded of closed cell EVA foam for comfort, low weight and insulating properties. Ergonomic grips feature an 8° corrective angle (exception Mountain pole).
All our poles are anodized ecologically without the use of nitric and phosphoric acids. Pole tube interior and exterior are anodized for increased strength, abrasion resistance and resistance to corrosion (exception Mountain pole).
